James K. Lockett has also represented and advised foreign governments in connection with trade law issues, in relation to US, EU and WTO matters. He has worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Senior International Attorney-Advisor and then was asked to work at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia as a Senior Trade Lawyer, training their lawyers on WTO and other international trade and investment laws.
