Mr. Lockett is listed in Who's Who In Finance and Industry, and Who's Who In The World. He was educated in both the US and the UK, and holds degrees in political science and in law, and a Masters degree in International Law. He has seasoned management experience also, having been managing partner of an international law office in Brussels, as well as having worked for two years in Sweden overseeing and structuring an international non-profit association with operations then in over 70 countries. He also spent nearly three years in Indoensia working in its Ministry of Trade, where he re-organized its general counsel office and trained their lawyers in WTO and other international trade and investment laws. Mr. Lockett sits on the Boards of several companies and associations. He has been a visiting lecturer at several universities at the postgraduate level. He is a frequent conference speaker, having addressed legal and business conferences in more than 35 countries.
